On September 27th in the Bible Institute"Word of Life" Donetsk took place the openning of the 1st year of "Theological education" at the International University "Vision". For four years, students will take courses in-depth theological program of international standard, and then get a BA and will be able to successfully work on God's field as ministers, as well as pursue further studies at the university.
At the opening of the year the senior bishop of the Ukrainian Christian Evangelical Church , the rector of the Bible Institute "Word of Life" Donetsk Leonid Padun highlighted the importance of professional religious education: "Redeemed the mankind from sin and death, God did it with full dedication, wholeheartedly. And now He expects us to follow Him seriously. To fulfill the Great mission of Jesus Christ - to go and preach the gospel to all nations – it is impossible at the amateur level. To go around the world, you need a lot, and, above all, knowledge. I think that this theological course – it is a serious indication that there are people who take seriously God and His Word."
