Another stage of the "Word of Life"of Donetsk construction project is over

On the 9th of July 2012 the monolithic reinforced concrete frame of the central part of the “Word of life” Church building was completed. This is a major phase of the construction which was launched in August 2011, and carried on even in through winter months. At the completion of this phase the walls and columns of the basement and of the 3 floors were erected. We also finished the sloping concrete slab on top that will soon become a balcony of the main hall. All work is carried out in accordance with the existing construction standards and monitored by the relevant expertise and design organizations.
In addition to the basic works on the construction of columns, walls and ceilings, we have completed the stairs and ladders, which connect all the floors of the central part of the building as well as replacement stair exits from the basement. The basement waterproofing and backfill soil to the future main entrance of the building have been completed according to the schedule.
A total of 1,800 cubic meters of packed concrete was cast into the reinforced frame of the central part of the building. Now we are facing the next important phase – production and installation the 233 tones of metal cover trusses which will provide the basis for the roof of the "Word of life" Church Building in Donetsk.
